Screening: Going Cardboard

We all recently watch a documentary called Going Cardboard, this documentary talked about the 'Spiel de Jahres' (Game of the Year) which is the German award for the excellence in board game design. After this we were told about how The Settlers of Catan was a big hit in the United States in the 90's which led to more people learning about all the variates board games which were being released at the time. This caused many people to start buying and playing board games, some places even started to host board game events where many people would gather to play and discuss their favourite board games.
